Terms of Service for Flight Lens

By using the Flight Lens app ("App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

The Service

Flight Lens is a flight intelligence app that provides a real-time global aviation anomaly index (the Pulse), flight tracking, route monitoring, and price alerts.

Important Disclaimer

Flight Lens is an informational tool, not a flight operations system.

  • Flight data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate
  • The Pulse Index is a statistical indicator, not a safety rating
  • Do NOT use this app for flight operations, safety decisions, or navigation
  • Always verify critical flight information with your airline or official sources
  • Price information is indicative and may not reflect actual booking prices

Credits System

  • Actions (searches, lookups) consume credits — 1 credit per action
  • Free users receive 15 one-time starter credits
  • Light subscribers receive 7 daily credits; Pro subscribers receive 15 daily credits
  • Daily credits reset at midnight UTC and do not carry over
  • Credit packs are consumable purchases — once used, they are gone
  • Unused credits from packs do carry over

Subscriptions

  • Light ($1.99/month) and Pro ($5.99/month) are auto-renewing subscriptions
  • Introductory pricing may apply for the first month
  • Subscriptions are managed through Apple and can be cancelled in Settings
  • Refund requests must go through Apple
  • We may change pricing for future subscription periods

Alerts and Notifications

  • Free users: no alerts. Light: up to 4 alerts. Pro: up to 10 alerts
  • Push notifications require device permission
  • Delivery of notifications depends on network conditions and Apple's push service
  • We do not guarantee real-time delivery of alerts
  • Price alerts are informational — prices may change before you can book

Rewarded Ads

  • Free users can watch video ads to earn credits or unlock features temporarily
  • Ad availability depends on ad network inventory
  • We do not control ad content

Acceptable Use

Don't:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
  • Attempt to bypass credit or subscription requirements
  • Use automated tools to scrape data
  • Redistribute the App or its data
  • Use flight data for commercial aviation operations

Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, and Pulse algorithm are owned by Dragos Roua. The App is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on App data
  • We are not liable for missed flights, incorrect prices, or delayed notifications
  • Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months

Termination

We may suspend access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
