Terms of Service for Just 5 Words

The Service

Just 5 Words is an AI-powered creative app that generates stories and images from words you select. The App uses Apple Intelligence for on-device processing. This requires iOS 18.4+ and compatible hardware (iPhone 15 Pro or later, iPad with M-series chip, or Mac with Apple Silicon).

Apple Intelligence Requirement

• The App requires Apple Intelligence to function
• Apple Intelligence must be enabled in your device Settings
• If Apple Intelligence is unavailable or disabled, the App's core features will not work
• We are not responsible for Apple Intelligence availability or performance

Your Content

• You own the stories and images you create using the App
• Content is generated by AI and may be unpredictable
• You are responsible for how you use and share generated content
• We do not review, store, or have access to your generated content

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Stories and images are created by Apple Intelligence based on the words you select. The AI may produce:

• Unexpected or nonsensical content
• Content that differs each time you generate
• Results that may not match your expectations

We provide the creative framework; Apple Intelligence provides the output. We cannot guarantee specific results.

Subscriptions

• The App offers a free tier with ads and limited features
• Pro subscription unlocks all image styles, removes ads, and provides unlimited regenerations
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Apple
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
• We may change pricing for future subscriptions; existing subscriptions are not affected until renewal

Free Tier Limitations

• Sketch image style only
• Limited image regenerations per session
• Ads displayed between image generations
• One saved creation limit

Acceptable Use

Don't:

• Use the App to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Attempt to bypass subscription requirements
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without permission
• Redistribute the App or its code

Intellectual Property

• The App's design, code, and word database are owned by Dragos Roua
• You own the stories and images you generate
• Apple Intelligence is Apple's technology, subject to Apple's terms

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for AI-generated content or how you use it
• We are not liable for Apple Intelligence availability or behavior
• Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months

Termination

We may suspend access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Subscription cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
