The Service

Light Njoy is a utility app that transforms your iPhone or iPad screen into an ambient lamp with various visual modes, AI-powered color generation, and breathing exercises synchronized with light.

Device Requirements

• The App requires iOS 18.4 or later
• AI features (LumiAI and Imagined Scenes) require Apple Intelligence-compatible devices (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16 series, or later)
• On devices without Apple Intelligence, AI features will be unavailable
• All visual layouts work on any supported device

Screen and Battery Usage

• The App is designed to keep your screen active for extended periods
• Extended use will consume battery power
• Using the App while charging is recommended for longer sessions
• OLED screens may experience burn-in with static images over very long periods — use Auto Shift or animated modes to minimize this risk
• We are not responsible for battery wear or screen degradation from extended use

• Watch rewarded video ads for temporary Pro access (10 minutes, 2-hour cooldown)

Pro (Lifetime Purchase - $5.99)

• LumiAI color generation from text
• Imagined Scenes (AI image-to-color extraction)
• Breath Sync mode with haptic feedback
• Aurora, Radial, and Liquid visual layouts
• Create and share Njoy Setups
• Siri Shortcuts integration
• No advertisements

Purchases

• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
• Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase with no recurring charges
• Refund requests must go through Apple
• We may change pricing for future purchases
• Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on other devices

Rewarded Ads

• Free users can watch video ads to unlock Pro features temporarily (10 minutes)
• A 2-hour cooldown applies between reward sessions
• Reward status is tracked locally and persists across app restarts
• Availability of rewarded ads depends on ad network inventory

AI Features

• LumiAI and Imagined Scenes use Apple's on-device AI capabilities
• Results may vary based on your prompts and device capabilities
• AI-generated colors and scenes are for personal use within the App
• We make no guarantees about specific results from AI features
• AI features are subject to Apple's usage guidelines

Njoy Setups

• You may create, save, and share Njoy Setup files
• Shared setups contain only lighting configuration data
• You are responsible for any content you share
• We do not host or moderate shared setups
• Import setups only from sources you trust

Breathing Exercises Disclaimer

The Breath Sync feature provides guided breathing patterns for relaxation. However:

• This is NOT a medical device or treatment
• Consult a healthcare provider if you have respiratory conditions
• Stop using if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or uncomfortable
• The App does not monitor your actual breathing — it provides visual and haptic guidance only
• We make no health claims about breathing exercise effectiveness

Photosensitivity Warning

Some visual effects in this App involve flashing or pulsing lights. If you have photosensitive epilepsy or are prone to seizures triggered by light patterns:

• Consult your physician before using this App
• Avoid using Breath Sync, Auto Shift, and animated layouts
• Use Static mode with fixed colors only
• Stop using immediately if you experience discomfort, headaches, or visual disturbances

Acceptable Use

Don't:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Attempt to bypass purchase or ad requirements
• Redistribute the App or its code
• Use the App in ways that could harm yourself or others
• Use AI features to generate inappropriate or harmful content

Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, visual algorithms, and animation systems are owned by Dragos Roua. The App is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for battery drain or screen issues from extended use
• We are not liable for any health effects from using breathing exercises or viewing light patterns
• Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months

Termination

We may suspend access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
