The Service

999 Wise Quotes provides a curated collection of 999 quotes from history's greatest minds, with text-to-speech playback and three AI-powered actions: Reflect, Apply, and Context. AI responses are generated for contemplative and educational purposes — not professional advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. Under 18 requires parental permission.

Your Device

  • No account required — credits and progress are tied to your device
  • Credits persist across reinstalls via our server; local data (favorites, settings) does not
  • We cannot transfer credits between devices

Purchases

  • All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple.
  • Credits are consumed when using AI actions (Reflect, Apply, Context)
  • Credits don't expire and have no cash value
  • We may change credit amounts for future purchases; existing credits aren't affected

Acceptable Use

Don't:

  • Reverse engineer or tamper with the App
  • Use bots or scripts to access the service
  • Circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use the AI to generate harmful or illegal content

AI responses:

  • May contain inaccuracies
  • Don't represent the views of the quoted authors or any institution

The App's design and code are owned by Dragos Roua. The quotes are from historical and public domain sources. You may use AI-generated responses for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
