Terms of Service for Coloring Kiddo

By using the Coloring Kiddo app ("App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

The Service

Coloring Kiddo is a guided coloring app for young children. It displays contour line drawings with target color indicators. Children select the matching crayon and tap inside each region to fill it with the correct color. The App includes auto-completion for nearly finished regions and an eraser tool. The App is intended for educational and entertainment purposes.

Age and Supervision

  • Coloring Kiddo is designed for children ages 5 and under
  • The App should be used under parental or guardian supervision
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for any purchases made through the App

Your Device

  • No account required — all coloring progress is stored on your device
  • Purchased expansion packs are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into that account
  • App preferences are stored locally and do not sync between devices

Purchases

  • The App includes 3 free coloring packs
  • Additional expansion packs are available for purchase
  • All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple.
  • A parental gate (math challenge) is required before any purchase
  • Purchases do not expire
  • We may change pricing for future purchases; existing purchases are not affected

Parental Gate

To protect children, a parental gate (simple math problem) must be completed before:

  • Making any in-app purchase
  • Opening any external link (such as links to other apps)

This is required by children's app guidelines and helps ensure parental involvement in purchases and external navigation.

Acceptable Use

Don't:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
  • Attempt to circumvent the parental gate
  • Use the App for any purpose other than personal, educational use
  • Redistribute the App's content (drawings, audio) without permission

Content Disclaimer

  • Coloring drawings are simplified line art for educational and entertainment purposes
  • Sound effects are for feedback and engagement only
  • The App is not a substitute for formal art education or color instruction

Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, and original illustrations are owned by Dragos Roua. The App is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
